This stunning and spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house is nestled on the top of a headland above beautiful St. Ouen's Bay.
The ground floor comprises a spacious, open-plan kitchen/sunroom/dining room, a sitting room/lounge and two bedrooms with a shared family bathroom; there is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and an additional bathroom that has a shower and toilet.
The master bedroom is on the first floor, with an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower and bath. A balcony can be accessed from this bedroom.
The balcony can be also be accessed from the courtyard via a loft ladder. It is a prime spot for enjoying the sunsets.
