At Rock n Road, we love all things running and want to share our passion with you. Feel free to join any of our group runs which operate throughout the week. Alternatively, discover the beauty the island has to offer on your own two feet, by booking a guided running tour lead by experienced and qualified run-group leaders.

Rock n Road is Jersey's first specialist running store, founded by three passionate and experienced runners. Based out of the historic Liberty Wharf in St. Helier, we offer not only high quality running shoes and apparel across road and trail, but a range of services including group runs, guided trail tours, run coaching, strength and conditioning and gait analysis. Additionally, we operate a small cafe serving great coffee, sweet treats and light snacks. Perfect for catching up with friends or refuelling post-run. So whatever your goals or level of experience, pop in for a chat.
