9:00 -10:00 - Warm-up yoga session to Brazilian beats with Corrine
10:30-12:30 - Orixa dance workshop with Adriano (Afro-Brazilian deity dance)
12:30 - 13:30 - Brazilian style lunch
14:00 - 15:00 - Beginners Forró class with Adriano (bit like salsa but Brazilian)
15:£0 - 16:30 - Musicality
Sunday 7th
9:00 - 10:00 - Warm-up yoga session to Brazilian beats with Corrine
10:30-12:30 - Maculêlê (fun rhythmic stick fight)
12:30 - 13:30 - Brazilian style Lunch
14:00 - 15:00 - Samba (Samba Reggae)
15:00 - 16:30 - Capoeira (Brazilian martial art combining music, song and dance)
Teas, coffees and snacks with be provided throughout the day. Please bring your own water.
