Ballet Unbound combines classical ballet technique with flowing, expressive movement in nature’s most relaxed studio, Ouaisné Bay. Whether you’re experienced or new to ballet, the class will invite you to find strength, softness and stillness in a beautiful setting.

More Information
Emily will lead you through a gentle warm-up before undertaking some barre-inspired work. Following that, she will guide you through a variety of across-the-sand sequences focusing on posture, balance and expression. Finally, there will be an opportunity to explore how your body chooses to respond to the material taught.
We will find a discreet part of the beach to enable you to fully reconnect with your body. Suitable for all levels – barefoot and free!
Please note, in the event of poor weather this session will be postponed.
